A long announced homage to ACHIM MENTZEL, who unfortunately died to early on 04.01.2016. For this purpose, a limited THEE FLANDERS collection box was created.In less than 1,5 years of production time, from design to compilation, we created with a lot of manual work and diligence a unique and venerable collectors edition. A black box crafted of sturdy and high-quality cardboard infolds this precious content. The lid comes with a hand-sprayed THEE FLANDERS logo in silver.

Strictly limited to 66 hand-numbered copies.

In detail, the elaborately designed production contains the following:

1) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" Picture Disc 10" Vinyl

2nd decoupling album with the DEPECHE MODE cover "enjoy the silence" and ACHIM MENTZEL as Dave Gahan on the photo. Included are besides the title song, 7 more new tracks as well as demo and acoustic songs. A picture disc 10” vinyl is available for the first time in the history of THEE FLANDERS.

66 pieces are contained in the exclusive collectors box from exactly pressed 222. In addition there is a special "Spreewald cucumber-cover", slightly similar to the famous DM "Roses-Cover". On the back side, a rare snapshot with Achim on a deckchair and a romantic noisy stream.

2) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" 1-Track Promo MCD

A CD where the title is actually taken by its name…This is how real silence sounds. Plus a stylish digi-pack with the iconic "Spreewald cucumber-cover "

Only 99 pieces were pressed…66 of them are contained in the collectors box.

3) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" 2-Track DVD

Presenting for the first time the original vide of the video from 2015 as DVD. As a bonus there are rare outtakes from the video shoot - underlaid with the acoustic version. Comes in classic-practical DVD packaging (like before). Also here grandiose "Spreewald cucumber-cover".

Only 99 pieces were pressed…66 of them are contained in the collectors box.

4) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" Hardpaper photo book – 52 pages

This exclusive ACHIM MENTZEL / THEE FLANDERS photo album with rare pictures from the video shoot to "Enjoy the Silence", which took place in the snowy Cottbus in the February 2015. With rarely seen personal photographs, marvellous snapshots and last but not least insights. Only 77 books were printed, all books are hand-numbered!

5) ACHIM MENTZEL "Enjoy the Silence" Booblehead Figure

ACHIM MENTZEL as DAVE GAHAN with golden crown and red-white royal cloak.

The nodding head figure is approx. 18 cm high and shows ACHIM in his well-known pose with typical facial expression. The fabricated of high-quality cast resin. The striking head is mounted on a spring in such a way that it bobs up and down. The figure lies safely packed in an exclusive and nicely designed box.

Made were only 75 pieces, hand-colored - and numbered …after drafts of a caricature of Norman Winter.

6) ACHIM MENTZEL "Enjoy the Silence" deckchair piece

A piece of the original deck chair that was used during the shooting.

Were Achim used to relax and enjoy “Spreewald cucumbers” during the takes.

Here Achim has relaxed in between There were probably a few problems while building up the chair…

The fabric has a chic 70s vintage stripe pattern… furthermore a colored Achim card.

7) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" press review

8-page 4-colour brochure with many reports from press, radio and television and internet via Depeche Mentzel. Oliver Kalkofe wrote:

8) THEE FLANDERS "Flanders cucumber seed"

Only Cucumber are Pure Veggiebilly!! Seeds for breeding an excellent cucumber variety "Cucumis Flandus".

9) THEE FLANDERS "Member of the Church of Cucumber" membership card

OCAPV!!! - to the cucumber seed you will get the free membership card for the newly formed Veggiebilly Club.

10) THEE FLANDERS "Enjoy the Silence" certificate + autograph card

So that everything is also beautifully real and authentic, the box contains 66 hand-number certificates signed by Label boss himself.

The back is at the same time an autograph card with signatures of all band members. Size 25 x 18 cm.

11) THEE FLANDERS "Year 2020" annual calendar for 2020

A chic wall or desk calendar in A5 format. You can see in chronological order of all THEE FLANDERS publications since 2003. Lets see whos got them all…

12) THEE FLANDERS "since 1997" tote bag

Finally - plastic bag ade!! The cult tote bag lasting and environmentally friendly (approx. 42 x 38 cm). Ideal for beer and bread shopping and of course for all Thee Flanders utensils. The bag is available exclusively only here!

13) THEE FLANDERS "wonderbag"

Little gimmick at the end. Small surprise bag from old THEE FLANDERS made poster remains. Inside a few little things that can be useful…
