THEE FLANDERS - THE ELECTRO REMIXES Digi CD
Like every music listener, who is interested in the scene, knows…Potsdamned´s Psychobilly band THEE FLANDERS exists since 20 years and was founded by Dennis (guitar) & Norman Winter (vocalist). They made a lot and different albums, in the good known Psycho- / Punkabilly style. But now it’s going crazy:
The Potsdamned Psychobillys have released now a CD which is 0% Psychobilly but filled to the edge with DARK ELECTRO, SYNTHY-POP and EBM Remix versions.
You can hear both cover songs "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" by DEAD OR ALIVE as well as "Nightmares" by A FLOCK OF SEAGULLS. The songs were singing by two forefathers of the German underground music, BELA B. (Die ÄRZTE) and MARKUS MEYN (CAMOUFLAGE), in duet with Norman. Besides new stars and starlets of the electronic scene, real celebrities and veterans of the scene took part in the remix productions: T.A.N.K., DIE KRUPPS, ROBERT GÖRL (DAF), IN STRICT CONFIDENCE, LEAETHER STRIP, PATENBRIGADE: WOLF, SCHEUBER (PROJECT PITCHFORK) or DER FROST (EISFABRIK). Just to name a few of overall 20 versions. So it seems, they will be the first psychobilly band in music history, with their own electronic CD!! 100% EPM…ELECTRONIC PSYCHOBILLY MUSIC.
Technical data: The design of the cover and the artwork by Norman Winter are perfectly matching with the music once more. The marked Flanders-Skull is, appropriate to the sound, framed by a glowing gear. The first edition of the CD includes 888 pieces, in an awesome DigiPack with titles and information. With a running time of nearly 80 minutes, you got more than a jewel.

Watch out, there is another feature: We were spare neither cost nor effort and manufactured a special case, made of stainless steel to the release of the CD. It is important for us, to give collectors and music lovers something special again. This edition is strictly limited to 66 pieces. The metal sheet was formed opulently to a box. Even a part of the gearwheel logo and the lettering was able to cut out with a laser. Production is real German handmade in several work steps, therefore the production takes a few days longer. Update: Production will start in the coming days and as it looks, the case will be available on 26.10.2107. As a provisional delivery date, we can announce the 30.10.2017. The treasure is not just a simple Halloween gimmick or Christmas gift, but quite useful as a real investment. For us a special highlight in the label history, which does not happen so quickly in this form.
THEE FLANDERS here present visually as well as in impressive audible form, their cover versions from last 10 years. The extra coffin box (32 x 20 x 5 cm / 1kg) is made of real wood, and has a lot of content. 2 exclusive CDs were recorded, which are only contained in the box (You Spin Me Round…Like a Record feat. Bela B – MCD + Enjoy the Silence - EXPANDED EP CD). In addition there are the two regular graverobbing albums + DVD and Promo CD. Included are promo songs, demo tracks, rare remixes and Bonus tracks. This year, we remain faithful to you and want to adjust some really exciting productions and some anniversary celebrations.
THEE FLANDERS 'GRAVEROBBING 2' VINYL LP OUT NOW!
Announced last year, finally the vinyl version of THEE FLANDERS 'graverobbing 2' record is available. Just 295 copies were pressed. There are 99 copies of it in bone-white vinyl, 196 pieces are black as night. There are a special and Super fat 4-color cover, so that layout and graphics by Norman Winter right come to the fore. Vinyl remains just vinyl.
Now part 2 is out at last and contains new cover songs of DEPECHE MODE * DIE ÄRTZE * DEAD or ALIVE * RAMONES * ELVIS * DANZIG and many more! The audience is taken on a journey through 6 decades of time, visiting strange worlds of Rock, Pop, Melody and Rhythm. Of course, all songs are done in ‘THEE FLANDERS-Way’, played in graverobbing-psychobilly-style.
Again, forgotten sound documents were reviewed and retrieved carefully and eventually refined, rather than just wildly looted in the depth of song collections.
The sound concept works perfectly even in 2015, hence THEE FLANDERS are not coming alone but managed to inspire several famous musicians, celebrities and original artists for the project and invited them to play and sing with them. Above all, BELA B. from DIE ÄRTZE, BRIGITTE HANDLEY from DARK SHADOWS as well as TOM TOXIC from HOLSTEIN ROCKETS shall be mentioned.
RIP ACHIM
Unfortunately, a place in the round remains empty now, because our favorite and idol ACHIM MENTZEL has passed away. It hit us all as lightning as we received the terrible news of his sudden death in early January. More recently still, we joked together at the video shoot for 'Enjoy the Silence' now we must instead joy tears wipe out sorrow tears from the eyes. Oh this is really very sad. We want like to remember to look back with honor on the beautiful common hours. Achim, thank you.

We’ve taken this step because we recognized that a scene fanzine has no business being there. The idea that we could reach more readers this way turned out to be a fallacy. On the contrary, this distribution system contributes to the continuing loss of subculture, diversity, scene shops and venues. We do not see ourselves throwing money down the throats of greedy wholesalers and submitting to the laws of market growth. The rush to print would result in a loss of identity for future issues. At any rate, we will not be enslaved and decide instead for the path that we originally started on. B.Z.F.O.S. - mörder blues VINYL…OUT SOON!!
With their new single album, the Bloodsucking Zombies from outer Space break new ground with some songs with Viennese dialect lyrics. What is musically running like a trail of blood through the six songs is being visually staged to the point by cover artwork in funeral style. The bustle continues on the vinyl. The BS-side does not contain killer ballads as expected but has a creepy style. Through extensive and specific etching the pre-drawn motif reaches the artwork master and thus on the record. And that is how the circle is completed between the Central Cemetery, gloom and melancholy. 
The edition is strictly limited, there were only 333 copies worldwide pressed in black vinyl. For all collectors, there is a strictly limited and hand numbered special edition in white vinyl. The CD version also includes an original funeral card from the early 20s. Each card is a one of a kind and there is none like it. Some of the pieces contain original expressions of sympathy for a deceased person. The Zombies express their personal involvement with their signature on each copy. There are only 99 pieces! It can´t be any more authentic!

ecial out…'MUTANT MONSTER BOOGIE' vinyl box: We spared neither trouble nor expense and compiled a unique vinyl box for the release of the LP. The production is again very elaborate and contains all kinds of extras. Most notably it is not the common shoddy made design, but 100% handcrafted. The edition is strictly limited to 100 pieces, numbered by hand of course. The color of the vinyl is – matching the topic – blood red. In addition there´s a lot of gimmicks, a DVD and the latest Psychomania magazine (with a BZFOS interview) in it. Also the record is encased by a spooky like capuchin goth rag, which was done with lavish screen printing. The bloody red ornamented band logo is practically dripping onto the cloth, in which the complete contents of the box were stitched in neatly. Again the production was very elaborate (as with the 'deadly secrets' vinyl box) and is a real treat. After a slightly longer break, we would like to announce now a new issue of the Psychomania Magazine. After we presented to you number 6 in a German and an English edition via double pack, we want to simplify things a bit now and will offer a complete bilingual edition in German / English. For the first Time you will get a big package with 152 pages with top-graphic artwork and more pictures than before. But as regards content everything is still about Psychobilly, Punkabilly and Rockabilly. Once again the CD is richly filled and well mixed with known and less known Bands from the aforesaid sector. After having some issues with our current vinyl factory in regards to quality and delivery time, we decided at short notice to turn our backs to our old pressing plant. After doing some extensive research and testing, it is official now that our recordings will from now on be produced in Leipzig. In terms of the quality of the records we have certainly improved. The sound quality as well as the pressing and cover production are more than impressive. We think everyone will be happy with it…

We have talked about for a long time, and now it is finally done!! The insane box is there!!! Super heavy (nearly 2 kg) - inclosing the recently released and already sold out 'best of' CD, 7-inches, and all five LPs (but only one LP is in this box). In addition you’ll find countless posters, flyers, a signed booklet with biography and discography as well as an annual calendar of FLANDERS THEE. As a bonus we also have enclosed the Psychomania # 2 which includes an interview with the guys from Potsdamned. The box is made of robust cardboard, tied up with wide packing straps, hand numbered and sealed with a black varnish. You can’t expect any more!
